This year we've gone all out, celebrating Jocelyn's birthday practically all month long. Her grandmother works at the schools down-the-hill and heard all the young students talk of renting a limo for their b-day parties. It's become really popular in their area. So this year Grandma went out and rented one for Jocey. She was so excited when she found out and chose to invite her cousins and a couple of friends out for a night on the town. We had a BLAST! These girls just wanna have FUN!
